Correctable Violations
If a correction is ordered, payment of a fine does not excuse the responsible person from making the required correction.
The issuance of a citation and/or payment of a fine does not bar the City from taking any other enforcement action regarding
an uncorrected violation, including issuing additional administrative citations, initiating civil actions, injunctions,
nuisance abatement, including but not limited to, removal, disposal and/or demolishment, and/or filing criminal complaints.
Each and every day the violation exists constitutes a separate and distinct offense.
For citations which require a correction to be made, any employee from the issuing Department may certify the violation(s)
as corrected. To request a re-inspection, contact the issuing department at (760) 373-8661.
