Welcome to pticket.com. A citation payment center and information website. If you wish to use this system, you accept these terms and conditions, without change. Pticket.com is operated by Turbo Data Systems, Inc. (TDS) on behalf its Agencies on an 'as is', 'as available' basis. Your access to, and use of, the pticket.com web site, demonstrates your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

Age Requirement For Payment

Ability to make a payment is not being offered to children, but only to adults who possess a credit card. If you are under the age of 18 years, you may only use this service with the participation of a parent or guardian.

Function of pticket.com

Pticket.com is designed as a payment mechanism and information source for citations issued by our customers. This is a service created for the convenience of the public.

Late Fees and Penalties

Completion of a payment transaction is contingent upon the authorization of payment by the applicable credit card company. In the event your payment is not confirmed, your liability shall remain outstanding and unpaid. Late fees and applicable penalties will continue to accrue. We will credit your payment on the date of the transaction.

Fees for Service

You may or may not be charged an Internet Service fee for this service depending on the issuing Agency. If applicable an Internet service fee will be included in the total charge for the transaction. You acknowledge that this fee, if any, is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Payments on this web site are for fines and penalties for citations issued by our customers. There are no refunds given.

Privacy Policy

To process a payment, we will require certain information. Using pticket.com constitutes consent to our use of the information as described in this notice. Initially, we will collect information regarding the citation and/or your vehicle’s license number. To complete the transaction, you will be required to provide the name as it appears on the credit card, billing address of the credit card holder, credit card number and credit card expiration date. We also will ask for an e-mail address, but you will not have to supply this information in order to complete the transaction. No issuing Agency or TDS employee will have access to pticket.com electronic information other than the employees who maintain the administrative interface for fines. The information will not be disclosed to other entities or third parties, except as required by law. It will not be used for any purpose other than to pay the citation fine.

Security

Pticket.com uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for securing online transactions.

Protection of Intellectual Property

The text, images, logos, pictures, button icons, and images are the property of TDS or its software vendors and is protected by United States and International copyright laws. All software on this site is the property of the TDS or its software vendors and is protected by United States and International copyright laws. Use of the content on this website by you, or anyone authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or by prior written consent of TDS. TDS neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on this site will not infringe rights of third parties.

Pticket.com is operated by TDS on behalf of its customers. TDS makes every effort to produce and publish the most current and accurate information possible. No warranties, expressed or implied, are provided for the data herein, its use or interpretation. Information provided should not be relied upon for any type of legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall TDS or any of its officers, agents, employees, vendors or suppliers be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use pticket.com. For any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of pticket.com, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the State of California.

Integration, Modification and Severability of Terms

Unless otherwise specified in this document, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and pticket.com with respect to this site. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, or Terms and Conditions of Service at any time, without prior notice. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
